Candy buffets look easy, but it's not a bad idea to get someone to set these up for you. The sheer volume of candy available and the need for a variety of containers in different sizes and heights can be very expensive. Find a company that specializes in just setting up candy buffets or have your planner handle it. It's not something you want to have to deal with the day of your wedding.
