Mona Wilson of It's a Cupcake in Philadelphia isn't afraid to feature seafood in her savory cupcakes—her seafood savories range from shrimp and tuna to oysters and lobster. For The Lox (pictured above), is  a scallion cake topped with smoked salmon chive cream cheese.

These remind me of the cheddar biscuits at Red Lobster, I don't like food there but the biscuits almost make it worthwhile!
