Create Table Interest Using Napkin Origami

Napkin Origami available at Barnes and Noble Stores or Web Sites

Napkin origami is an inexpensive and creative way to add interest to your table.  There are both web sites and books available for you to learn the art and decide if it's right for your wedding reception.
Why just fold your napkins in half, when they can become an ice cream cones or swans?  Use paper  or fabric napkins and turn them into restaurant-worthy eye-catchers and transform your table.

napkins with a twist by David Stark, available at Amazon.com and other fine booksellers

Fun idea, another easy to do ahead of time table top decoration.

This wouldn't be too bad to do for a hundred, but if you're having a huge wedding ... wow, that's a lot of napkins!

Love this idea, especially for dressing up an outdoor wedding!

Really like this idea! I could do them ahead of time, way ahead of time, so no last minute crunch.

looks like a lot of work for me! LOL think i'll stick with what my venue provides, although adding flowers is a nice touch.

You could do a smaller centerpiece if you had some flowers tucked into the napkins.

like this idea, but also seems like a lot of work, but at least it's easy to do way in advance.

An inexpensive idea as long as you fold them yourself and don't expect your venue to do it, because I doubt they'll do it for free.

I like the idea of folded napkins in pretty shapes, but not the ice cream cones and ties.

must admit, I never would have thought of it!
