Love this DIY wedding project. It's a 'HERS' flag for this groom carries down the aisle! Of course the bride has a matching one that reads 'HIS.'

 

These are easy to make with some simple felt, Elmer's glue, and ribbon wrapped dowels. Dress it up by adding some light weight silk flowers and changing out the ribbon colors.

 

Don't want to take the time to make it yourself? Your florist can certainly make one easily enough for you.

DIY Black Glitter Champagne Glasses

These DIY black glitter champagne glasses are tied with a simple satin bow and are easy to make at home and they will add a touch of glamour to your black tie wedding. Do his in black and hers in white, or all black. For a daytime wedding choose coordinating colors or use all white.

Use this crushed glass glitter and any adhesive to apply it. Then sprinkled into melting embossing enamel, and can even be colored with permanent markers. Wedding Shower Ideas

Looking for a great way to up the look of the balloons for a wedding shower? Why not have double balloons? The wedding theme colors on the inside of a clear, polka dot balloon on the outside? Great look that takes the decorations up a notch from simple balloons from your balloon store.

Wedding Program/Confetti Combo?

Every bride looks for ways to simplify their wedding day.  So why not combine envelopes of confetti with your wedding program?  

Martha Stewart Weddings suggests adding a glassine envelope to the front of the program (using double sided tape) and your guests won't need to juggle a separate envelope full of confetti AND a program.  Just glue the envelope on the front of your wedding program and VOILA! An easy way to combine the two.  

Not only that you don't have to worry about who is handing out the confetti to your guests! Just get up there and say your 'I DOs' and smile as you leave the church in a hail of confetti.

Butterfly Theme--From Invites to Table Numbers and More

Butterflies are a popular theme for spring and summer weddings.  These invitations and table numbers as well as the butterfly origami are offered to you to inspire you to consider using butterflies everywhere at your wedding (except for those nasty 'live' butterfly releases which I think are cruel!)
