New York caterer, Abigail Kirsch operates exclusive venues and caters events in the New York area.  She tries to offer your guests some unique presentations of some well known and well loved food.  That little extra 'twist' will thrill you and your wedding guests.

A great example of Abigail's work are these pigs in a blanket pops who are formally described as:  Blanketed Frank Lollipops with crisp onion ale batter, and maple horseradish mustard sauce.  This pulls the perennial favorite of pigs in a the blanket into the 21st century where their reincarnation lets us all enjoy our guilty favorite since it's gone gourmet!
