Steps Covered With Streamers

This birthday installation would be perfect for a wedding photo as well.  Get your guests involved in running the crepe paper down some steps for you, it would make some great pics!  You could do multicolored streamers like this photo or three different colors to match your wedding accent colors.  For Philly brides just imagine the steps at the Art Museum or Franklin Institute covered with streamers! I just love it whan a plan comes together!
